Chris "Openface" Lowder

About: Openface is probably one of the most laid back people in the world.  He likes to travel and went to Turkey on a missions trip last summer. This may inspire him to travel around the world someday as he now knows he can get a job anywhere in the world teaching English. He also really likes watching movies and secretly wanted to be an actor in high school.  Now he plans on becoming an accountant and may some day be the guy doing your taxes or preparing your income statement.

Larry "Rickenbacker" Daniels

Major: Dance

About: Rickenbacker is a hoot.  His combination of his love for Jesus and his love for dance make him a very fun person.  He is apart of the UCSB Dance Company, and even traveled with them all the way to China.  He is a ranked Irish dancer and if you are nice to him he might even perform a little jig.

Alex "Tama" Cortez

Year: 2012
Major: Political Science with an International Relations emphasis, minor in Spanish and French
Hometown: Palamdale, CA
About: Tama is a pretty chill guy. He loves to do anything athletic, especially soccer, running, and tennis. He was a triple letterman and state athlete in high school. He plays for the club tennis team at UCSB and loves to read. When he graduates he wants to earn a PhD and become a professor. Tama enjoys trying new things, meeting new people, reading the Bible, and just relaxing with some music. He plays the tenor saxophone in his spare time to de-stress.

Josh "Remo" Snider

Major: Philosophy, minor in Fitness Instruction
Hometown: Redondo Beach, CA
About: Remo is a super funny guy.  He is a very spontaneous and random guy.  He's glad he joined AGO-it has taught him many lessons in brotherhood, friendship, responsibility, Christianity, as well as learning about himself.

Brian "Gretsch" Wells

Year: 2012
Major: CCS Physics, minor in Math
Home Town: Lomita, CA
About: Gretsch has been a math and science wiz all his life. From elementary school to high school he has always had an interest in how things work. He was on a robotics club in high school which shaped his passion for physics. He has been playing the violin since 4th grade and loves to swim at the beach. He has also played intramural basketball every quarter since being at UCSB. He is just an overall loveable guy, so if you ever need any help he is the man to talk to.

Paul "Bracken" Hiracheta

Major: Mathematics, minor in Music
Home Town: Bakersfield, CA
About: Bracken is a pretty lovable guy. Some call him a giant teddy bear. When he's not in class or driving around is his car named Fiona and having dance parties in her, he like to listen to music. God, music, and his friends are what make his life go on from day to day. He loves swimming in his free time. He also loves worship songs and Bible studies and loves to listen to everyone different viewpoints. He is pretty devoted in his faith but being at UCSB and being in Alpha Gamma Omega has only help strengthen his relationship with God.

Roger "Gotham" Evans

About: Gotham is an outgoing guy who loves to do crazy stuff. He goes to the gym every day (GTL yeahhhhh!!!) and races downhill mountain bikes. He loves doing fun stuff but not as much as he loves God!

Jonathan "Cashel" Groce

About: Ca$hel is probably one of the most odd people you'll ever meet. He claims to be more random than actual dice, and regularly backs up that claim with real-world evidence. But he loves God and he loves his brothers at AGO. While nobody really understands why he does all the things he does, it's generally well-known that Ca$hel is a pretty caring guy.

Favorite AGO Moment: Finding out that he'd be able to live in the house in the Spring instead of waiting until Fall.
Ruben "Dennehy" Juarez

Home Town: Oxnard, CA
About: Dennehy is an interesting guy, to say the least. He is the punk rock kid turned water polo and swim team captain turned homecoming king, who then went off to college where he change his major six times. He has loads of storied because he has lived many different lives. But all of what he has gone through has led him to where he is today, and he is glad to call himself a Man of God.

Chris "Molloy" McMillan

About: When it comes to school, Molloy enjoys reading and writing essays about problems and conflicts in our world. However, outside of school, he enjoys basketball, paintball, airsoft, hiking, and video games. But mainly, he enjoys hanging out with the Lord and following Him down whatever path He leads him on.

Phillip "Houlihan" Millpointer

Major: Geography with emphasis in GIS
Home Town: Pittsburg, CA
About: Houlihan is a smiley, stereotypical surfer dude. He is a transfer student and loves everything about UCSB as it was his top pick. He is a happy, friendly person who likes to make others smile and feel loved. He has a love for maps and God. He can be a pretty silly guy at times but has a serious side as he has been in the Army National Guard for 3 years and is currently an ROTC cadet.

Alex "Finnegan" Paige

Major: Computer Engineering 
Hometown: Roseville, CA
About: Finnegan is a pretty mellow guy. He grew up in Nor Cal. Loves to play songs on his guitar especially christian music. He has always done decent in school but he excels at math and science. Probably his favorite sport to play is baseball he played on his high school baseball team for four years. Can't say you can describe Finn's personality its all across the board ranging from innocent, happy, stressed,motivated, and sarcastic. He enjoys digging deep in the word and discussing it with his AGO bros.
